10 to 20% do not respond adequately to beta-blockers. Use in normal tension glaucoma remains questionable. |

Contraindications | Bronchial asthma, a history of bronchial asthma, COPD, sinus bradycardia, second or third degree atrioventricular block, overt cardiac failure, cardiogenic shock or hypersensitivity to any component of the product. |
Pediatric use | Safety and effectiveness in pediatric patients have not been established. |
Pregnancy | Category C. Increased fetal resorptions in rabbits at doses of 14,000 times the maximum human dose. |
Available as preservative free 0.2 mL "Ocudose" unit doses, otherwise BAK preserved. |
