Contraindications |
timolol Bronchial asthma, a history of bronchial asthma, COPD, sinus bradycardia, second or third degree atrioventricular block, overt cardiac failure, cardiogenic shock. Numerous additional cautions listed here.
brimonidine neonates and infants (under the age of 2 years) Vascular insufficiency cautions listed here.
dorzolamide Sulfonamide hypersensitivity. |
Pediatric use | Safety and effectiveness in pediatric patients have not been established. |
Pregnancy | Category C. Teratogenicity shown in rabbits at 37x the human dose but not at 16x. |
